The First Day of the Rest of Your Life (2008)

Key elements in story are a 16-year old girl swallowing sperm and later having an abortion. Treated well, with a comic if moral touch. In one scene a couple is seen in bed, writhing on top of each other. It is quite obvious what they are doing but no actual nudity is shown, just bare arms and backs.

After a dispute, a man gets his nose hit and we can see some blood flowing from it. In one scene, one man breaks objects and hits them with his feet.

One man is constantly smoking in the film. Others characters smoke too, but fewer.

The ending is intense, when one character dies. It's just a sad ending.
