Adam's mother is dying. Her last wish is to see the sunsets over the ocean, but the municipality parks a trailer outside her window. Adam goes to the authorities to get the trailer removed, and is caught in a nightmare - the municipality is a musical, and how can you have a serious talk with people who just sings and dances?
