Descension (2007)

Sam and Lita have problems in their lives and marriage and decide to take a trip to a remote part of Mexico with their best friends Al and Becca in an attempt to unwind and relax. As the two couples descend deeper into Mexico, Sam begins to develop unexplainable mental and physical symptoms that force the four characters into a world of fear, delusion and deadly choices.
