Plague Town (2008)

A couple kiss repeatedly. The male caresses the female over her clothing.

A man is shot in the side of the face. A man's head is sliced in two with piano wire. A man is stabbed in the hand with a knife. He pulls his hand through the knife until it is free and very bloody. A woman is repeatedly hit on the head with a hubcap (her face gets bloodier each time). A man is stabbed in the neck and blood is seen pouring out of the wound. A man is strung up by a branch which impales both of his eyes. There are several other deaths.

Lots of profanities including many uses of fuck / fucking, cunt, shit.

A character drinks beer and smokes tobacco almost continually for the first half an hour. Other characters also smoke tobacco. References to medication a character takes to control her mental health.

Many intense scenes.
