In a few prolonged gang fight scenes, several characters got stabbed, slashed and impaled with blood spurting shown. There are also scenes of dismemberment and amputation with blood spray shown. These scenes is gory with bloody aftermath shown with severed limbs. There's also an aftermath of limbs chopped off including leg.

Frequent strong and bloody violence in the film which involves stabbings, slashings, shootings and impalements which has occasional gory aftermath. The impactful violent scenes include scenes of dismemberment and its aftermath. There's also a scene where a man's arm is blown off by a shotgun. Some have their fingers amputated. In one scene, a woman is tortured with her fingernails and teeth removed. There's also a gory aftermath of a man's body after riddled with bullets.

Lots of drugs being smuggled; hardly any being used.

Very upsetting to see Sammo as a violent Triad boss, instead of in one of his consistently wonderful good-guy roles, whether comic and dramatic.
