A young Ambika lodged in jail hands over her kid to her elder sister Madhura as she is soon to be hanged till death.The flashback revels Ambika a school teacher lived a decent life with her parents her father Annasaheb had great respect in the village.She was in love with Siddarth who performed street plays in various cities to spread awareness on harassment's of women.The school which Ambika is teaching a ceiling collapses which badly hurts some students she decides to meet the local politician Gulabrao Jadhav regarding the same.But Gulabrao a corrupt politician rapes Ambika and due to his powers the incident cant be proved anywhere,Ambika decides to fight on her own where she in the world of male's gets frequently dominated including Siddarth.
