In 1926, Hollywood silent film icon Rudolph Valentino receives a grim prognosis at the Polyclinic Hospital in New York. At the height of his career, Valentino falls into a coma and while in that state has hallucinations about his life that are presented to him in the form of a silent film. Following an investigation into the actor's double, director Vladislav Kozlov made a short film and upon receiving industry backing, made this film over the course of 10 years.
