The Wages of Spin chronicles The Philadelphia Music Scene from 1952 thru 1963. The film focuses primarily on Dick Clark, Bandstand, The Teen Idols and Payola. This is the first honest, comprehensive look at the inner workings of The Music Industry during this time frame.
