Up in the Air (2009)

Ryan Bingham is considered by companies to be an expert in job layoffs, so he is continually called upon to serve across the US. When Natalie Keener, an efficiency expert, suggests her ideas to Ryan's boss, he begins to consider forming a settled home while falling in love with a frequent flyer, Alex Goran. Directed by Jason Reitman, the film has a tone somewhere between biting and touching with praised performances from its cast.
