It is a documentary film that shows the reality of Brazil's independent filmmaking through a feature film called "Quarta B" (Fourth Grade B), which was produced with only US$ 15,000 and won the "Best Film" award (popular jury) at São Paulo International Film Festival in 2005. With humor, the documentary shows the drama and struggle to produce the film over four years. Several well-known directors and producers in Brazil share their experience about the subject - Fernando Meirelles, Ugo Giorgetti, Jose Belmonte, Alexandre Stockler, Theodoro Fontes, Marçal Souza, among others.
