There is no explicit nudity in the film, though several cutscenes occasionally contain girls in short dresses dancing suggestively.

Min Seon-Woo is very sexually appealing and a lot of male characters become infatuated with him. He also tries to kiss the protagonist on several occasions and is very amorous and flirty.

There are several scenes where the characters are seen in what appears to be a gay bar.

Two men are seen half naked in bed, implying sex took place.

In a flashback scene, a man and a woman are seen kissing and stripping down to their underwear, about to have sex, while a young child watches. Nothing explicit is shown.

The protagonist slaps another man in the face. He also pushes the same man to the floor.

One of the characters is an ex-boxer. There are a few cutscenes which show him fighting in the ring, with rather graphic punching. He also punches one of the customers. No blood is shown.

There are a few scenes where the protagonist regurgitates violently into a lavatory pan. Non-explicit.

Two men get into a minor scuffle, though this is intended to be comic.

It is implied that Seon-Woo is being domestically abused, though this is never confirmed. His ex-lover is seen grabbing him forcefully on occasions and in one particularly distressing scene, he grabs his arm and bends it back; bones are heard cracking while Seon cries in pain.

Two characters are often seen cat-fighting, though this is mostly comedic.

In a flashback scene, it is implied a woman is stabbed in the throat in front of a young boy. Blood is seen spraying onto his face.

In another flashback, a boy stabs a man in the leg with a knife. The man pulls the knife from his leg with a small amount of blood spray.

At the movie's climax, the protagonist is seen strangling the suspected child abducter. The man's face is bloody and beaten. Probably the most gruesome part of the film, but still rather brief.

Strong language through out, mostly "fuck" and "shit." Several uses of homophobic slurs such as "faggot" and "homo."

Characters are seen drinking and smoking occasionally.

Although the movie starts off very light-hearted and funny, it has a very dark subplot that may disturb younger viewers.

It is revealed that the protagonist opened the cake shop as a way of evading a traumatic event that occurred in his childhood; when he was abducted by an old man and his wife and forced to eat hideous amounts of cake. Throughout the movie, there are reports of other young boys being abducted and treated the same way, until eventually being murdered.

All the characters have rather emotional pasts.

The scene where Seon-Woo is assaulted by his boyfriend is one of the most upsetting parts of the movie. While there is no blood (and the two do seem to reconcile,) he is seen crying in pain and afterwards he claims he deserves such treatment.

During the beginning sequence, the protagonist is seen trying to hang himself. Although it is rather comedic (the light breaks and he ends up falling to the ground) it can still shock or upset some viewers.

During several flashbacks there is blood, scary imagery and themes that may be disturbing.

In the beginning scene, a young Jin-hyeok is extremely homophobic towards Seon-Woo. Although they end up becoming friends, he still occasionally makes comments that may be offensive to some. Straight people are also referred to as "normal," though this may just be a running gag.

At the end of the movie, in a rather emotional scene, Jin serves a customer who is implied to be the man who abducted him when he was a child.
