The tone of the film feels very realistic. The abusive relationships that exist may trigger some viewers.

A frail and seemingly ill horse is thought to have been abused by her owners, we soon learn from the owner that "it's not what it looks like" and the horse is in fact very old. Eventually the horse passes away. May be upsetting for some viewers, especially to see the animal chained up in such an unsuited environment.

A teenage girl headbutts another teenage girl and breaks her nose. Blood is seen.
