Frenchman Roni Levi relocates to Australia to deepen his practice of Kabbalah. Coincidentally, a French oil tanker spews oil off Australia's Gold Coast inciting a trade war. While his native country and his host country are at odds, Roni succumbs to a mental breakdown only to be gunned down by two corrupt Australian police officers.
