Collecting money from strangers is never easy. Especially when they feel guilty because you've a good cause. Debbie goes on a mission around the streets to raise as much as she can for her the children with no limbs. Unable to collect a single cent she decides a new plan is called for. Now going to extremes she finds money coming from the most unexpected places.
