In San Cazador, California, the clumsy vampire hunter Edgar Frog is evicted from his trailer. But the best-seller writer Gwen Lieber offers him a job to destroy the head vampire DJ X that promotes worldwide raves to increase his army of undead. Gwen tells that her brother Peter disappeared in Ibiza two years ago in an X-Party promoted by the alpha-vampire. Now DJ X is coming to San Cazador to promote a sacrifice during a party in the blood moon on the next Friday, and Edgar discovers that the rave will take place in a slaughterhouse on an island. Gwen hires also the Hollywood participant of reality show Lars von Goetz that comes with the cameraman Claus. Edgar invites his brother Alan to join the team but he declines, and he teams up with his friend Zoe. When the group finds DJ X, Edgar discloses a secret about the head-vampire.

A man is tied down and mouth duct-taped before a vampire is about to bite him.

A vampire is feeding from someone's arm.

Alan Frog growls.

A guy is injected in the neck with a syringe.

A bathtub with blood in it, a dead animal is in the bathtub with its intestines and blood hanging out.

DJ X bites Jonny Trash's neck in the car, and his blood squirts on the window.

There's a vampire above Zoe's head in the bookstore; it crashes through the window and grabs her by the neck. The vampire gets squirted by holy water and blows up.

A grenade blows up.

A girl vampire breaks lights, then blows up once she is impaled with a wooden cross.

A fire breaks out.

Congressman Blake shoots a machine gun at the vampires.

A vampire bites a guy's neck and blood squirts on a girl's face; a guy vampire is eating a dead girl's neck; she is chained at the neck and blood is all over. The vampire rips into someone's body and blood squirts before they're eaten.

A physical fist fight is shown with punches to the face.

A vampire shoves his fist into Lars von Goetz's body, blood is all over, rips his heart out and the bloody heart drops on the ground. The vampire's face blackens once he's impaled and he blows up.

Lily stabs Edgar right under his shoulder and he screams, another female vampire gets kicked onto a thorn post and is impaled before blowing up.

A sword is pulled out of Edgar's chest, he screams.

Lily's neck is cut and blood pours out; she's then stabbed in the chest with a broken vinyl record and then she blows up.

There's a violent sword fight.

DJ X is impaled up through his body with a lot of wooden stakes (a "stake grenade"); blood and spatter fly out; he's then stabbed in the chest with swords and then he blows up.

Peter bites into Gwen Lieber's neck, ripping out her throat and blood flies out; she falls to the ground with blood pouring out of her mouth. Peter spits out her throat. Blood spatters and they show her oozing blood and then he kicks her into a vat of green water.

Edgar is thrown against a wall and Alan is tied by the neck, Edgar is beaten.

A punching fight against Edgar and Alan (who is a vampire).

Peter is shot with water before Edgar blesses the water, the water eats away at his skin, his head shakes violently until he blows up and his spatter goes all over Edgar and Alan's face.
