American Mayor (2009)

In 2007, a 24-year old filmmaker/comedian ran for mayor of his hometown in Ohio against seven other people to help his disgruntled neighbors. However, knowing nothing about running for mayor, he also ran into some bumps along the way. Documenting the process as he went, his 130-day campaign shows that at the local level, one person can truly make a difference.
