Reprisal (2007)

While living on the outsides of society, two groups continually clash. Their respective leaders are Devin Harrow and Kurt Schraeder. When a drug deal goes bad, events are set in motion to lead to a final confrontation between the two groups. And as the stakes and tension rise, no one is in control and everyone is vulnerable.
