The Future Life of Jake (2009)

Jake Pompowski wakes up on his 25th birthday, excited at what the future might hold. Instead, the future gets a hold of him. From 15 years ahead, Future Jake finds a way to contact his present self, with hopes to help himself onto the right path. As Jake is unsure what to believe, he discards the advice, only to quickly realize that things seem to be unfolding just the way he was warned.
