Rio Sex Comedy (2010)

A man comes across a tribe of natives. They are all wearing next to nothing; breasts, butts, and penises are visible.

One of the main characters is a plastic surgeon. There is a lot of talk of body alterations, particularly breast augmentations. Another main character is a film maker who is documenting how maids are treated inappropriately, including sometimes being sexually harassed by their employers.

A man and woman strip and are about to engage in sex, the man in his underwear and the woman's breasts visible.

A man picks up a prostitute and starts to fondle the prostitute's bare breasts. It turns out that the prostitute has a penis. Reluctantly, the man still allows the prostitute to give him a blow job.

A woman opens her robe, revealing her fully nude, breasts, butt, and pubic hair visible. She takes off her boyfriend's pants, revealing his butt. She tries to have sex with him, but he cannot seem to get an erection.
