Garage Sale (2005)

After the family house goes up for sale, Phil Storrs decides to have a garage sale. During the day, he and his three friends must deal with customers, ex-girlfriends, ex-husbands of ex-girlfriends, and the competing garage sale down the street. What was supposed to be a fun, easy day turns into so much more.
