Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011)

A chimpanzee was tested in a lab with some drugs and after this shows exceptional intelligence and learning ability. Caesar starts to develop a deeper understanding of the world around him. However, he is capt captivity and experiences mistreatment, leading him to rebel against his human captors and seek freedom for himself and other captive apes, paving the way for the events that will ultimately lead to the rise of the apes and the downfall of humanity.
