South Philidelphia's self-promoting Lucky Ed hosts a weekly tabloid news sketch comedy program from the front check-out counter of his 24-Hour Superette and forces his unpolished staff to be segment reporters. His signature phrase, "If it's in the tabloids, it must be true."
