Desires of the Heart (2009)

Desires is a story about deep, family struggles and the power of forgiveness. The film's core is centered on a conflict between two fraternal twin brothers, Ethan and Jack. The plot is loosely paralleled to the biblical story of feuding brothers Jacob and Esau. Ethan (charismatic and athletic)and Jack (studious and quiet)have been in constant competition for their father's affections since childhood. Tensions rise when the patriarch must decide which son will inherit the family business and a precious family heirloom. Tension becomes bitterness and hatred when their mother proves treacherous. The family must find a path to redemption and healing before its too late.
