De La Salle High School in Northern California holds the longest winning streak in the history of American football. For 12 years and 151 games, the Spartans never lost. In the year 2000 it almost came to an end. With over 12 Blue Chip college prospects, talent wasn't an issue for the 2000 Spartans. The issue was their heart, their belief in the team, their belief in each other. With unflinching honesty, Thoreau-quoting Head Coach Bob Ladocueur calls his players to rise above.
