Evelyn Miller (2009)

Gloria is married to Robert Shapiro, a successful businessman. Shortly before the couple's eighth anniversary, Gloria is notified that Evelyn, her half sister, is being released from prison. Appalled by Evelyn's criminal lifestyle, Gloria has never told anyone that she has a sister, not even Robert. A few days later, Evelyn visits Gloria at home. When Robert learns that his wife's bank account has been wiped out, he accuses Gloria of sending the money to her mother. Gloria's denials do not satisfy him until she finally discloses her family's awful secret. Robert wonders why she did not share her secret earlier. If he had known about Evelyn all along, would he still have married Gloria? He thanks his wife for her enduring love and good judgment.
