Mak Itam and Me (2009)

The old Steam Locomotive of E-1060 is taken back from the Indonesia National Museum of Train in Ambarawa, and use again in the West Sumatra Province. It is not only bringing a kind of happiness for the people of Minangkabau, but also bringing a memory about the childhood of Addo. For Addo, the existence of E-1060 again in Minangkabau does not only give him a beautiful memory of his train-trip with his Niniak and his Datuak (Grandma and the brother of grandma) from the Coal Mining City of Sawahlunto to their hometown in Batusangkar, but also reminds him so much about the beauty of Minangkabau and the meaningful of its culture and traditions.
