The film tells the story of the 'invisible village' - Arab-El-Naim - in the Galilee. The Village people are Bedouins who live in the place over 200 years. The village people, who serve in the army, live in tin huts, without electricity, or running water. Fahim the main character, personal struggle is to receive an authorization to connect his tin huts to the electricity network.
