Kavodoritis (2005)

Isolation, hard work and poverty but also a peculiar dignity - something like disciplined pride - are the characteristics of the life and the people who insist on living in the forgotten villages of Cavo D' Oro also known as Cape Kafireas. Kavodoritis or Kavodoritikos is a traditional musical piece of the region. A dance that holds sway in their feasts and fairs. Following in the footsteps of this dance, the film attempts to approach the Kavodorites and their everyday life.
