The Help (2011)

When Skeeter finishes college she returns home to her family. However, with her irreverent attitude she does not fit into 1960's white society. The lives of her friends and her change completely when Skeeter decides to interview black maids working for white families. She writes a book with the stories of racism and inequality suffered by these maids. This moving and painful story will touch and move you deeply, with great performances by Emma Stgone, Viola Davis, and Octavia Spencer.
