America's Lost Band: The Story of The Remains chronicles the sage of the legendary Boston band which vanished on the doorstep of stardom in 1966, leaving behind a handful of classic records and a host of fans. 'America's Lost Band' documents The Remains' return to Los Angeles and Dodger Stadium 40 years after they were the opening act for the Beatles' 1966 US tour. The film mixes archival footage with new scenes of the reformed band (comprised of all four original band members) as they reunite 40 years later to play shows in Los Angeles and San Francisco - the last two stops of the 1966 tour.
