Brain Wave (2005)

A man suffering from severe headaches (Jun Oh) discovers that he has hidden psychic powers. Two detectives discover a corpse under a bridge and then follow a trail of corpses leading them to Jun Oh. In the process they uncover a strange conspiracy involving brain experiments.
