In every city in America there are voices that are muted. Stories that are untold. And hope that is lost. These are the people of the Crying Streets. In this Documentary the focus is on the individual and there journey from Homes to homelessness. From addiction to Salvation. And for some the continued every day struggle on the streets of Philadelphia all told in their voice and their words.
