Toast (2010)

This delightful dramatic comedy tells the story of young Nigel Slater, whose culinary dreams clash with his mother's limited cooking skills. After her passing, tensions rise between Nigel and his father, exacerbated by his father's remarriage to a woman who captures his heart. As Nigel pursues his passion for cooking in culinary school and a pub, a spirited rivalry with his stepmother ensues, both in the kitchen and for his father's affection.
