La marea silenziosa (2010)

A young man is sent back to his native Italy to take care of his sick grandpa. He finds himself in a small corporate town where everybody lives under the myth of the most famous scooter in the world: Vespa. Burdened by debts, dreaming to be able to buy himself a camera to become a photographer, he is forced to go to work in the Vespa plant. He is at risk of a dangerous surrender to the routine and just when he is ready to give up his dream of becoming a photographer he finds a local girl who pushes him to follow his calling. He leaves the perceived comfort of the corporate town behind and together they go back to discover the US.
