On the Edge: The Poverty Crisis in Africa (2009)

Some of Daytime TVs biggest names; Montel Williams, Anthony Geary (General Hospital), Kelly Monaco (General Hospital) and Susan Lucci (All My Children), Christopher Massey (Nickelodeons - Zoey 101), Kyle Massey (Disneys - Cory in the House), Erik Estrada and Devon Werkheiser (Nickelodeons - Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide) traveled to Kenya with a non-profit relief organization that feeds more than 100,000+ children in Kenyas slums every day. The stars ventured out into some of the worlds most impoverished cities to meet one on one with the people who live there - all in an effort to raise awareness of the desperate situation faced by Africas poor. The documentary provides an up-close and personal look at Kenya and its wonderful people and the challenges they face every day, all through the eyes of these popular celebrities.
