Heavy blood and gore throughout.
At the beginning a girl is seen falling from one of the tall buildings, nothing is shown. We see her body on the ground afterwards, which is made of stone.
Some of the characters touch the spiked vines, when they do blood appears
Winged creatures fly around the building attacking people, when they bite blood spurts from the person. One person, it bites her face while you see blood spill.
One of the dead subjects is being eaten in their sleeping case by the flying animal, light amount of blood is seen spraying on the glass, all that is seen of the person is their blood covered hand slightly moving as they continue to eat the person.
Many of the characters have blood on their clothes throughout the movie.
A group of people are surrounding an huge elevator opening, when the doors open there appears to be no elevator on that floor, everyone starts to shove to escape the flying animals and a series of people are seen falling down the elevator shaft into the darkness. As we continue to watch the people fall, we see that the darkness is in fact an huge creatures mouth (round mouth with lots of teeth and tentacles), we see it's mouth close and hear it chew the people inside (nothing too graphic).
As the huge creature in the elevator shaft climbs closer to the opening with all the people in it, the people try to close the door, the huge tentacles grabs two men, one of which gets stuck when the elevator door's close on the creatures tentacles. The tentacle is seen squeezing tighter on the man's stomach until the man folds in half and is pulled through the small crack of the elevator door. (when man is folded in half, blood is seen spraying. Once the door is closed, a spread of blood is remained on the door)
A diablo/dragon looking creature (diablo head and dragon body) picks up a man with his mouth, it wraps it's tongue around the man's neck. The scene cuts away before the act is shown. However, we do see the man's headless body fall to the ground as a light pool of blood is seen coming out of the man's body. The creature is then seen crewing with blood shown all around it's mouth.

A man shoots a gas pipe filled with a room of diablo/dragon animals (nothing graphic, but intense)
A man's head is bitten by another diablo/dragon animal, a rope of blood is seen spilling in front of the character below them, puddles of blood are seen. The man's bloody head is seen in the creature's mouth while it wraps it's tongue around his neck. The camera pans away as you hear it crush the man's head, we see the headless body drop and bounce on the ground. The headless body is clearly seen in this scene, blood spills and sprays everywhere. We watch the creature as it chews the man's head, blood is seen all around it's mouth.
In a cut scene, we see a creature sitting on a man's neck, when it moves we see that the creature cut the man's head off, excessive blood sprays. A series of dead bodies are seen around the dead man. A group of men shoot the creature as it falls and a small pool of blood surrounds it. The blood stained dead animal is seen up close, it has holes in it's body and missing an eye.
A man points a gun to his head but becomes unsuccessful in his attempt.
A character's head is caught by another diablo/dragon creature, his body is rag-dolled around the room. The creature starts to wrap it's tongue around the character's neck, but before it tightens, a knife is stabbed through the creature's head. (pool of blood is seen coming from the creature's head)
In a cut scene, a character uses a razor blade to slit her wrists, we don't see it happen but instead we see the bloody razor blade drop on the ground and a pool of bloody water spill over from the tub on the ground. Another character holds the person's wrists as we see some blood stream down her arms.
We see a series of dead soldiers with huge bloody thorns through their bodies.
A huge pile of dead bodies (100+ people) are seen
A character shoots himself in the neck, blood is seen spraying around him as the character falls.
A long sharp thorn is stabbed through a character, the bloody thorn is seen through the character's body.
As a character pulls on the thorn vines, blood sprays
A character commits suicide by jumping off a cliff, her body is seen below (blood spray is seen behind her head)
