Next Stop Murder (2010)

Two women with completely different backgrounds meet by chance while taking the bus. As they reveal their family problems to each other, Molly begins to fear Sophie when she proposes that she is willing to kill the ex-wife of Molly's husband if Molly will kill her father. Sophie's psychosis escalates to murder, but is Sophie just mentally ill or is there a motive behind her madness?
