Smoking Kills (2009)

A young woman who feels superstitious about the warnings on cigarette packets buys a pack with the warning 'One of these will kill you.' She becomes convinced that one of the cigarettes is fatal, but decides a one out of twenty-five chance isn't enough for her to quit smoking.
