Bad Memories (2009)

It is the story of Mario, a commercial diver from Argentina working in Los Angeles. One day while working in one of the boats he recognizes the voice of the owner as the sergeant who tortured him twenty years before during the military government. In the meantime the sergeant is planning a bombing in Argentina.
