El boleto ganador (2007)

Nine year old Carlitos, while sitting on a street sidewalk on the Tijuana, Mexican border, observes a rich man, Eduardo, scratching pieces of papers as each individual lottery ticket falls to the ground. Leaving one lottery ticket unscratched, the rich man walks away downcast, while Carlitos makes his way to pick it up. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't realize what's on his hands, for he is too young to understand. Nevertheless, he puts it in his pocket and walks away. Will this winning lottery ticket be Carlito's dream come true or will it find its way back to its original owner?
