Billa (1989)

In a region where swift justice is rendered by compassionate Sharda and her son, Billa, the Police find virtually no crime or work for them. Things change dramatically after the entry of a petty thief, Durga, in Billa's life, and when Sharda decides to stand for state elections amidst allegations that she has a shady past and may be living a double life.
