Beneath the Rainbow Bridge (2010)

This film takes the viewer through the major ecosystems and cultural resources found within the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary. While on this journey the viewer is immersed in this unique ocean and island ecosystem, linking the great scale of planet earth to the smaller scale of the Channel Islands. The connection between the land, the sea, and humans is explored through the eyes of the Chumash Native People, modern scientists, and children. The film delivers an environmental message of preservation and protection of both the cultural and natural resources.
