Eloy Take Two is a documentary by Roberto S. Oregel that guides us through the streets of Los Angeles and into the studio and creative mind of artist and musician Eloy Torrez, famous for painting the celebrated mural of Anthony Quinn on the downtown Victor Clothing Building, as well as other urban murals. The film features on camera reflections on Torrez' work by screen comedy legend and art collector Cheech Marin, musician Doug Martinez (from the band 311) and others. The film explores the urban sprawl of Los Angeles amid a backdrop of Torrez' original musical compositions and ethereal canvases.
