In a parallel universe inhabited by beautiful woman clad in costumes and uniforms, the forces of good attempt to apprehend the mysterious Dark Spirit, who, for reasons known only to her, grabs busty babes and leaves them bound, gagged and topless. Her victims include a sexy spy, a lithe harem girl, a slinky plumber, a busty lounge singer, and foxy sheriff and the investigator in charge of arresting the masked criminal.
