The Bridge (2009)

An experimental high pace story looking at Jack, a self-conscious nerd in his late 20s, with claustrophobic feelings of angst and public surveillance as he searches desperately for a place to take a piss. Eager to relief himself, Jack arrives at his front door, only to fumble and lose his house key. While he tries to retrieve it, the pain and the urge increase, as he realizes he is being watched. Paranoid, he races off. He runs around aimlessly and encounters various elements along the way that tease his angst. He finally reaches a deserted bridge and allows nature to take its course.
