Qtpi (2010)

A broke college student volunteers for a scientific experiment to make some money. Shortly after the experiment, she realizes she has super powers. Soon she is nicknamed QTII (Cutie Pie) and dedicates herself to fighting crime. So when the mayor's daughter is kidnapped for ransom, only QTII can use her super power to fight a ruthless gang and rescue the child.
