Moonrise Kingdom (2012)

On a New England island in the 1960s, Sam and Suzy, two misfit pre-teens, fall in love and run away together, triggering a town-wide search to escape their troubled lives and find a place of belonging. But with the help of an adult search party, their own emotional vulnerability, and a looming storm, their escape disrupts the town's rigid order and leads to unexpected changes.
