In April of 2008, a pierced and tattooed, thrash-metal-loving itinerant Evangelist swept into the small town of Lakeland, Florida, and caused a spiritual eruption on an international scale. A look a positive, but real look at modern revival culture, This documentary, a travelogue/road movie, captures the beautiful chaos of modern revival, and the quirkiness of the Florida Outpouring, which demonstrated the transforming power of God in the midst of tragedy and triumph.
