The Call (2013)

Jordan is an experienced emergency line operator who, after being affected by a victim she was unable to help, is once again needed by a young woman, Casey, who has been kidnapped by a serial killer. Between revisiting her trauma and providing help, Jordan has to keep a clear mind in order to use her skills to help save Casey's life. An absolutely tension-packed psychological thriller that is very effective, with an absorbing performance by Halle Berry.
