Incoherent (2011)

Kevin operates the many surveillance cameras for a large company in his small town. His life is soon torn to shreds as he witnesses a horrific suicide on the very monitors he stares at day and night. Spencer, a company counselor, is called in to help with the trauma caused by the incident - but he is soon pulled into the aura of suspicion and antagonism surrounding Kevin.
